This agreement covers the AI Toolbox beta program. It adds to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply; where they differ, this agreement wins for the beta.
1. What the beta is
Beta testers get free access to the AI Toolbox while it is being tested, on up to the number of computers shown on the beta page. Beta software is unfinished: features may change, break or disappear, and the beta can end at any time. It is provided "as is", with no warranty, and without the refunds or service commitments of a paid subscription.
2. Your access
Your beta access is personal. The beta key is shared by all testers, but it only works together with your registered account: each computer is added to you by entering the code its installer shows. Don't add other people's computers to your account. We may end your beta access, or the whole beta, at any time; when that happens your computers stop working with the Toolbox and your ledger key is suspended. Your contributions stay in the ledger, credited to your public name.
3. Feedback
We'd like to hear what works and what doesn't. By sending feedback you let us use it to improve the AI Toolbox without owing you anything for it.
4. Keep it within the beta
Please don't publish the beta key outside the channels we share it in, and don't publicly share material we mark as confidential before it is released. You're free to talk about your experience in general terms.
